Welcome to the College Rifles Badminton Club Inc


We are a dedicated badminton facility situated in the heart of Remuera set out to benefit competitive and recreational players while promoting the love for Badminton as a sport. We are a friendly, sociable and competitive club offering a purpose-built hall with five courts.  With approximately 300 members, our various membership categories cater to junior and adult players of all levels of experience.

We run weekly club nights and days for our members to play socially, and coaching sessions (both for juniors and adults) to help players improve.

Reminder: The gate to the carpark will be locked at 11pm sharp each night, so please ensure you are not locked in. You can still park on Haast St and walk through to the hall. 

Our club AGM has approved subscriptions for 2025 to be the same as 2024. See our membership info page for more detail. 
All 2025 fees, dates and forms are now available on our website.

Our front door is on a strict lock-down for security reasons, please remember to bring your card with you and do not prop the door open.
Both Midweek & Senior clubs have resumed.

​​Our Club shirts are available now.

​This year we are introducing some fabulous new club shirts. They are made from a very breathable and light fabric, and the shirts come in a few different styles. Only $38 per shirt! Please find the order form here.

Our Direct Credit Facility

You will be able to Direct Credits fees into our Bank Account, details are as follows - ASB 12-3086-0159277-00. Please use your name as the reference and what the amount represents, i.e., subs and interclub.

Easy Booking & Entry

Our online booking system will allow you to book courts. It will be provided with a unique access pin-code for secure, automated entry to the badminton club. Learn more about our online booking system here or book courts here.

We are a Smoke-Free Complex

The whole College Rifles complex is smoke-free so please do not smoke inside the badminton building or anywhere in the grounds.

New members and guests are welcome!

Visitors are welcome to all Sunday senior club sessions and both mid-week club days, and a charge of $15 is payable. Outside of this main playing season, a summer club is organised for which everyone pays a small amount.
